spoke to me face to face not over my head and included both myself and my daughter in conversations and decisions about my treatment and care. put me totally at ease before and after the surgery. Dr Reid and his team are exceptionally skilled surgeons. I had no pain and no swelling or bruising. Just waiting for the rest of the stitches to dissolve and the skin graft to settle down. the only downside is I had a reaction to the stitches. i would highly recommend this team.
