Very personable and easy to talk to Clearly explained what was going to happen and actually update me during the operation Very good feed back on the results I would suggest that the scar review by the nurse could have been undertaken of "Teams" rather than having to visit the hospital ? Even the final feed back on the results could have been done over "Teams" ... but I did like the face to face feed back
