Mr Pollocks Secretary Lisa was first point of contact and she was excellent very professional and promptly arranged urgent appointment.
I then met Mr Pollock who was very professional and immediately made me at ease and confident in his diagnosis and then the treatment was carried out quickly and effectively. My follow up appointment was done in a timely manner.
