I was handed over to Mr Pollock for a major operation on my neck. As his NHS list at Nottingham City of several week was longer than he thought my condition warrantied he went out of his way to get me transferred to the Nottingham Spire. I was told on the Thursday it was all changed to the Spire, saw Mr Pollock for the first time there on the Monday, but things were already in place and actually had the Pre-med tests done on the Monday before I saw Mr Pollock, and had the operation the following Monday.
He was attentive through out my short stay and follow up appointments which are now at the Derby Nuffield
