The first thing I should say is that I carried out a great deal of research which led me to selecting Mr Jonathan Borrill as the right surgeon to carry out my right knee replacement operation which was performed with a successful outcome about 18 months ago. 2 months ago I had my other knee replacement completed successfully again with Mr Borrill. In terms of the levels of competency, professionalism he is outstanding in both. In terms of care and his people soft skills he is exemplary in his approach and manner in the way he communicates, listens and responds to patient. I have always found him to be approachable and caring in the manner where nothing is too much trouble . I would like to personally thank him for all he has done for me and extend that thanks to his wonderful team and his secretary Alison who has become like a personal friend as has Mr Borrill throughout the process.
