Mr. John Ferris greeted me when I arrived in the treatment room . He was so reassuring and gave me so much confidence. He explained everything as he went along. The whole thing was over very quickly, the relief was overwhelming.
Mr. Ferris telephoned me the following afternoon to ask if I was alright.
I just couldn't thank him enough for giving me my sight back. I was amazed how bright and clear everything was.
I would like to say a huge thankyou to Mr. Ferris for the gift he has given me and to all his team.
