Mr Ferris put me at my ease right from the first consultation, which was carried out by Zoom during the Covid pandemic. At each meeting he inspired confidence, and invited questions, however trivial. His secretary, Carole-Anne was always available to help during the run-up to surgery. The cataract removal yesterday went smoothly, thanks to the expertise of Mr Ferris, and 24 hours later I am able to write to thank him and his team. I am very grateful.
