I first seen Mr Andrews in January 2019, I had met him previously in July 2018 at an event at the RVI. After explaining a bad experience I had at another hospital he instantly said he would be happy to give me a second opinion and was very supportive. The first appointment was brilliant, he answered all my questions and concerns, I left feeling like I finally understood my condition. I had surgery in April this year for a prolapsed Disc and his care was incredible. He came to see me before the op, in recovery and again the following morning, I’ve been told that not many surgeons would do that. I ran into some issues after my surgery and after a quick phone call I was asked to come in less than a week later to see him again, he listened to my issues and has re-assured me massively. I do require a more major surgery now but again I feel so happy in his care, I suffered major anxiety after my bad experience elsewhere but now I feel Mr Andrews has helped me overcome this. I would highly recommend him to anyone, such a caring and amazing surgeon.
