Mr Auld had a friendly and reassuring approach and took time to listen to me at my consultations. I did not ever feel rushed. He had a good understanding of my condition and explained everything clearly. He also provided online information and sent me copies of his letters to my GP. I am delighted with the outcome of my surgery.
