Mr Hopkins was a true gentleman - he answered my questions giving me the assurances I needed. The approach of the entire team ensured I was in a positive frame of mind right up to the anesthetic. Coming round I was greeted with friendly voices which, along with the care back on ward, helped for a swift recovery. It was good to be able to thank him personally on his rounds before I left the hospital. I just need to examine his needlework and resultant scars when the dressings come off! Thank you.
