Mr James was honest and caring and kind from my first diagnosis. He explained what was happening to me very well and in simple easy to understand language. He showed great empathy and took the time to share all information with my family and answered any of their concerns. Mr James did my surgery and I felt very safe in his hands and I was happy with the results.
