I arrived at A&E with supraglottitis. Dr Jake was the first to check on my condition, and diagnosed the problem immediately upon examining me. I was kept informed of what was happening and the severity of my situation throughout, and taken to surgery within minutes of my arrival. After my condition had stabilised, the ENT department then spent the next 16 days ensuring I continued on the road to recovery with first class care for which I will be forever grateful.
