We visited A&E during the early hours of Sunday morning. My father, who is 80, has been having very distressing nose bleeds and intense sinus pain. My father is loosing his hearing and, due to the loss of sleep during recent months, is feeling very vulnerable and afraid. Dr Ahmed was reassuring, understanding and patient with my Dad; enabling him to feel listened to and safe. Dr Ahmed gave my Dad the time he needed to gather his thoughts, performed an extremely thorough examination and explained every step of the procedure with clarity and confidence. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ahmed to others, and we are extremely grateful to him.
