Mr Khan was extremely helpful today.
He dealt with my relative thoughtfully and kindly, explaining carefully and in an easily understandable way about the condition she had and what had occurred.
He was able to reassure her whilst advising the possible future implications for her condition and suggest what she should be aware of and do should her sight deteriorate further.
This proved to be a very positive consultation for me as a family member who needed to inform other family members of the results of the investigations.
Other members of the team who carried out the initial examination and scan were also very kind and helpful too.
