Even in a pandemic and consultation via zoom Mr Prabhu was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained the risks of surgery and gave me every opportunity to ask questions and make the decision whether to proceed fully armed with the facts.
At the hospital he was factual but also reassuring and again explained the risks and possible consquences including the odds on these happening.
I am fortunate in that none of the potential side effects happened and the operation was a great success.
The follow up consultation was very positive.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Prabhu at all.
