After putting up with dribbling from the corners of my mouth for three years, my wife suggested I go and see Mr Prabhu. (actually she didn't suggest it, she twisted my arm so far up my back I thought she was going to dislocate it.) The consultation went really well and we had a laugh. I asked him why I was having a problem and he told me I was old and my face had dropped. (of course those were not his exact words, they are my interpretation of what was explained in the most considerate, gentle, professional way.) By the end of the consultation I was totally convinced that Mr Prabhu would overcome my problem and that I liked and trusted him. A few days later Mr Prabhu carried out the procedure.
