I had a consultation with Mr Ian Crighton on August 8th. I was very impressed! I immediately felt a great empathy with him. He had clearly studied my case records and had information on my situation immediately to hand. He was clearly listening carefully to my responses to his questions. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole interview and examination.His explanations and prognosis were clearly stated and follow up to my doctor (and therefore me) were quick and efficient.
A tangental comment which may be outside the hospital's control concerns finding the hospital in. Morcambe. The proliferation of one-way streets and poor signage made getting to the hospital on time very stressful.
