Very informative, very personable, reconfirmed previous meeting, recapped notes to Doctors surgery, explained procedures, outcomes and possible future scenarios if today’s procedure doesn’t improve matters. Explained follow up procedures, after-care. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Harnek Rai to future patients. Thank you
