My name is Christine Rogers (Chrissy). My review apt took place on Mon 10th Aug at 11.50 am. At my apt, I was asked several questions by Mr Rai which I answered and then I asked questions from a list that I had brought with me and Mr Rai answered them which, confirmed some of my own thoughts. There was a trainee doctor present at my review. Then came the examination. Mr Rai was extremely gentle with me, I was very grateful for this. He must be very sensitive and thorough because he told me that I still had some undissolved stitches inside. I am pleased to say that 4 days later these came away from me. I am grateful that I went ahead with surgery and that Mr Rai was my consultant. I was given the all clear but, I am still taking things carefully. As Mr Rai suggested at my apt, and it is very good advice: "Go with how your body feels". And that is exactly what I am doing!
