Was seen on time by Dr Rai who listened to my concerns and then explained that he would need to examine me. He gave me time to prepare for this. He explained my options clearly and said he would write to my GP with his findings. All in all a very positive experience. Nurse assistant was very reassuring. Only complaint for me was the receptionist was a little frosty when I forgot to stand behind her sign to be called forward!
In and out within half hour and no car parking charge!
