I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Rai and Nurse Joanne Passmore as I received excellent treatment on my visit to PCC today. I had been dreading attending this appointment but they were both so kind and considerate that I felt comfortable and at ease.They make a brilliant team. Mr Rai explained everything to me and listened to my concerns, he was professional but really easy to talk to. He must see hundreds of patients but at the time of my appointment I felt I was the most important to him. I needed to see Mr Rai again after my initial appointment but time was found for this and arranged easily through Nurse Joanne who was happy to answer some of my perhaps obvious questions. I was impressed by by whole experience today, the receptionist, Diane, was friendly and professional and my appointment was on time. Thank you to everyone. Mary Ware
