I was pleasantly surprised that Mr Rai personally came to the waiting room at PCH to call me in for my appointment with him, less than 5 minutes after I arrived.
We discussed my condition and he explained all aspects of my forthcoming surgery with empathy and understanding. He then carried out regular minor procedure in the presence of a nurse. (She too was very kind and held my arm when it was a little uncomfortable )
They then left the room in order for me to get dressed and leave.
The whole appointment took less than 30 minutes so I had no parking fee to pay, which was very much appreciated.
There was a young lady present throughout the appointment but I am not sure who she was. A trainee maybe?
