We felt very comfortable with Mr Webster, especially when it's a young person under the age of 16. He assure me and gave us advice on what steps need doing without they need to medicate just yet. He also had an open door if things do change to come back we needed to. He made sure before we left, he did all the necessary checks too to put my mind at rest.
He was very professional and kind with my son.
