I had a great experience at my appointment this morning. Jan listened to all my worries explained everything about the procedure which I had in February this year. ( something which was not clearly explained to me on my discharge from hospital )He also drew a diagram to show me exactly what the seton is for and it’s purpose also how long I can expect to have it fitted for, that I can do my normal everyday activities. Another thing I was not told at the time of my operation.
He was very caring and thoughtful and explained what procedure he was going to do next. The nurse that was there while I was being examined was also wonderful. He is a young man that should go far. Thank you.
