I didn’t meet Mr Janakan until the day of my operation. He was very personable and talked through the operation and answered any questions I had in a manner that gave me confidence.
I met him again for my follow up appointment and again he made me feel very comfortable, even when he imparted some unexpected news. I felt I was being looked after by a well oiled system.
