I was treated by Mr Mazis at the Practice Plus Group Hospital in Ilford on 17th July 2021. I suffered for several years from recurring dislocations of my right shoulder sometimes from just simply stretching. My surgery was on a Saturday morning and I was discharged with my arm in a sling later on that afternoon. My procedure included, 'Examination under anaesthesia, diagnostic arthroscopy and arthroscopic anterior stabilisation. I suffered minimal pain and discomfort and followed the surgeons instructions keeping my arm in a sling for seven weeks and avoiding strenuous physical activity. I am now eight weeks post op and my shoulder feels stronger than ever. I am close to full movement and no longer have the constant fear of dislocation. Thank you Franklyn
