From the outset Mr Mazis put me at my ease. I was anxious about the second shoulder reversal replacement as on a previous occasion I had a bad reaction to pain relief medication. Mr Mazis and his team listened to my concerns, did their best to address my problem and reassured me they would look after me. They did indeed look after me. The whole team were very attentive, kind and caring. Mr Mazis visited me every day, with his Anaesthetist, and was kind and reassuring. He is a very approachable man who gives the impression that he has always got time for you. The operation has been very successful with very little pain after the first few days and after 3 weeks I have good movement in the shoulder. He continues to be attentive and is keen to ensure that I make a full recovery. To this end the correspondence with the GP has been excellent. I am in no doubt that he will pursue matters on my behalf if needed. I cannot recommend him more highly.
