I was introduced to Dr Yardy by Bupa as I have medical insurance through work. From the first call I was impressed with him and Nuffield Ipswich. In the same working week I had an appointment and within 10 minutes Dr Yardy assessed the situation and understood what the problem was and put my mind at ease that he could fix it. As a 32 year old man it was difficult to approach the subject that I was having difficulty passing urine but not at any point was I made to feel anything other than comfortable. The operation was booked in soon after however there was a slight hiccup on the operation day. The telephone call I had advised that I was under local anaesthetic not general. This meant that the operation had to be postponed however even with that the operation was pushed up the queue in order to reschedule asap. Since the operation which from admission to outpatient was half a day I can safely say its been a life changer. Such a simple thing to be able to pass urine properly again and regain power and the ability to fully empty the bladder. I would recommend the services of both Dr Yardy and Nuffield Ipswich to anyone that had the cover or affordability. Thank you for genuinely changing my life.
