Saw him , and he spoke and then listened to my issues , he then looked at my nose and told me instantly what the issue was . Explained everything to me the risk and benefits for the procedure (septoplasty) I do feel like maybe it was rushed and there was not much empathy. It was sort off one patient in one patient out attitude.
