As soon as I met Mr Gardner I felt I was in safe care, I’d had a stressful time previously and he reassured me what could be done. He listened and he answered all my questions. He’s very straight forward and tells you things straight so you know the facts which I very much wanted. In hospital when he said he’d check on me each day he did. Mr Gardner is someone you can trust to do what he says I am very grateful that he’s been responsible for my care.
I’d also like to mention his PA Helen who is also very kind and has been so helpful.
