Mr Gardner and his secretary Helen, are both without doubt exceptional examples of care in healthcare.
Mr Gardner is professional, knowledgable, clear communicator, succinct, principled, caring, good natured, empathetic and patient.
I left each time with no confusion about my condition or next steps. I felt confident at all times that my health and well-being was in safe hands.
Helen is thorough, understanding and supportive in an unobtrusive thoughtful sensitive manner, and is without doubt highly efficient.
I cannot thank them enough.
