My interactions with Mr Tsialogiannis, whether on the telephone or in person, have all been extremely positive. Mr Tsialogiannis has a manner which is professional, welcoming and reassuring. He asks questions and listens using appropriate body language and eye-contact. His guidance medical/surgical is clear and reassuring. He has a gentle, respectful, unpatronising manner. The overriding feeling when leaving a consultation with Mr Tsialogiannis has been one of hopefulness about the outcome of the surgery. His pre-op visit to the ward on my arrival in hospital on the day of surgery was greatly appreciated. His manner was calm and confident. The brief conversation made me feel that I was not a number on a list of the day's operations. When I came round from the surgery , before being taken to the recovery area, Mr Tsialogiannis came to my side to say that the op had finished and that all was well. This continuity of brief contact was really important to me. Thank you.
