We were seen for an assessment of my son's scoliosis, and Mr E Davies was absolutely fantastic with my son. I've never met such a personable and friendly person in the healthcare setting (and I've met a lot).
He directed questions towards my 11-year old, rather than directly to me as a parent. It was brilliant for building my son's confidence in beginning to take some control with medical decisions.
I'm honestly so impressed by Mr Davies - there's nothing I'd change about him or his manner. He was giving a little training on the job to one of the people working alongside him, and he was incredibly respectful to both us and his colleague.
I've got full confidence in him dealing with my son going forwards.
