The overall experience in this hospital and from this doctor was very good. Staff are very kind and efficient. Appointments are punctual. The care offered was excellent even though this was not a particularly life threatening operation. The outcome of my first op was good so I am now looking forward to have my other eye fixed also. Just one observation, it is quite difficult to get through to reception, leaving a message did not result in a response, though I did get through after a couple of days trying.
