This part 2 of my review for MrBishay and his terrific team.I had an open lobectomy late Tuesday afternoon,was walking gingerly on Wed,spent most of Thurs wandering about.Fri morning discharged .I was astonished and delighted I was able to do this Of course it was due to the fact I had first class treatment and brilliant after careWhat I particularly appreciated was the close proximity of Mr Bishays team They had and used an office on the ward and always had a cheerful, aspect.They knew everything that was happeningThe high level of communication between the team and carers bamboozled me.They anticipated every stage of my recovery,Magical. H.D ward4 is not particularly pleasant and it was not nice having to be moved at 4 a.m simply to convenience the night nurse BUT the nursing care was brilliant .Emma and Sue were lovely and caring and Michael very efficient and a complete gent .These people are heroic
