Mr Bishay was very symphethic and explained every variation, the good and the bad, in my wife illness and the treatment she was going get. The nursing staff at Cheltenham were a credit to the NHS, as was the staff at the Heartlands Birmingham. We have nothing but praise for all involved in the last traumatic month.
