Rarely leave reviews, but having had 4/5 appointments with Dr Goodfellow, I wanted to share our positive experiences as a family.
Have had appointments for myself and my 18m old daughter and always left with suitable treatment or referral.
Dr G. is extremely knowledgeable and has always been very good at dealing with my daughter - particularly when she’s grumpy and unwell!
Never feel rushed or that the query isn’t important - he even took the time to take her bunny’s temperature before hers to make her feel at ease with the thermometer. I imagine there is always a long list of patients to see, so always taking the time is really appreciated.
Not someone who will write prescriptions or make referrals willy nilly just to get you out of the door, but equally will do so when it is appropriate or will make you feel at ease if something is concerning you.
A real asset to the profession and Catshill Village Surgery.
