Mr Duncan Drury is a lovely, warm, friendly and approachable young man, with a competent and professional approach to his work. I really enjoyed meeting him. He was very knowledgable about his craft, and treated his fellow team members with respect, clearly demonstrating great working relationships. Easy to talk to and gentle when it matters! Thank you very much for looking after me.
