I feel very fortunate to have been looked after by Mr Coull. The experience from start to finish was world class.
Mr Coull has many gifts but being kind, empathetic and understanding of a patients needs shine through. From the moment I went to see him for a consultation till the end of the colonoscopy, the attention to my needs was first class.
Mr Coull along with his staff, whom it’s clear he is really respected by, gave me the information and care I required. I felt comfortable at all times and fully informed of why things were happening. I couldn’t imagine there was a better work environment anywhere.
I couldn’t recommend Mr Coull highly enough and I will be seeking his professionalism and care going forward always.
