Mr. Tsepov treated my stage 4 endometriosis of ovaries, tubes and bowel. He is a great listener and makes himself available to my every need. He has done the laparoscopic surgery for me and arranged for everything I needed post surgery to recover such as physio etc. He has got an excellent team of people who were devoted to caring for me. He has visited me every day I was at the hospital which made me emotionally so much stronger. His busy schedule never interfered with the support and care I needed. It’s a great quality to listen to your patients and many people lack that. But Mr. Tsepov is one of the best listeners I have met. He is an amazing consultant and shows a great level of empathy and compassion towards his patients. His Nurse Vicky Burea is just as good and kind. She calls patients every day and her communication skills is the best. Not only that, she genuinely looks after and cares for the patients and listens to every word to find a better solution. With Mr. Tsepov and Vicky on the team, literally no small details will be missed off. I am so very pleased to have met them and treated by them. Last but not least, Mr. Tsepov’s secretary Nadia is the cherry on top of the cake. I have never met a secretary being so diligent and on point with the work. She will respond to everything very promptly and does not miss any little details. They are the best bunch of people in their field and I am confident that I am in good hands post surgery.
