I was recently referred to Mr Pabari from my doctor due to my arthritic big toe joint getting worse from when it was first diagnosed back in 2005. After looking at my X/rays he carefully explained to me the various options that were now open. After discussion I decided on the first, the no invasive, option. He prescribed insoles for me to help position the toe joint, exercising the joint which I do before I get out of bed and every time I sit plus ice if needed. This course of action has considerably helped the joint and after approximately eight weeks I returned to see him. He was pleased with the small but increased movement of the joint and I left to continue with this course of action. If and when it gets worse he said he would happily see me again and we can move to option two. He was very understanding and kind.
