After suffering over a year with terrible knee pain, I was referred to Mr. Cox at New Hall hospital. Mr Cox took the time to make me feel at ease and explained clearly what he thought the problems were and how they could be put right. Great communication from New Hall staff and Mr Cox’s secretary throughout. Many thanks
