Mr Cox put me at ease from the very beginning. At 79 I thought I was wheelchair bound.
My left knee was completely useless, great pain everytime I put weight on it.
With covid there was a delay in my operation but as soon as he could operated. The care at New Hall was wonderful. In 2 days they had me walking, climbing stairs and virtually painfree. The physio care is great. After 6 weeks I am walking painfree able to walk the dogs, something I couldn't do for a year.
I cannot thank Mr Cox and his staff enough. My like has changed for the better.
