Listened to, treated with kindness and courtesy, and given the best advice with great clarity, and careful explanation. The procedure that followed was extremely delicate, and was totally effective: after 14 years of extreme pain, and immobility, pain was finally removed, mobility restored.
Very considerable praise and appreciation for such skills, kindess, and care.
