Was seen on multiple occasions by Mr Shaerf and his team. From diagnosis all the way till completion of treatment and I honestly can’t fault them.
Politeness and thorough explanations throughout, even the waiting times were exceptional! All three visits I was in and out within an hour. Mr Shaerf even went on to build a genuine connection despite the fact that he must see so many patients.
The NHS gets a bad wrap and a lot of negative media for all these things - patient care and waiting times. However I feel it is our duty to also highlight when they get it spot on!
Keep up the amazing work Fracture Clinic of Ealing Hospital!!
