Recommended injections and exercises after multiple scans and two 5 min consultations.
Following injections at lister hospital Chelsea in Jan 2017 I received no follow up to see how I was progressing. I called four days ago and left detailed message. I have not received any contact to date.
Mr Natali is likable and impressive when met but I am so far very dissapinted that the success of his work/recommendations doesn't appear to be of interest now he has invoiced.

Not sure where this feedback comes from but all patients are encouraged to make follow-up appointments to discuss further management decisions. No treatment for back or neck pain is 100% successful and failure of one treatment does not preclude others. The idea that I no longer care after a bill has been settled is something that Is quite a cheap shot. If you still have pain - please call the office an book a follow up appointment.
