Mr T Rustom is what i remember how doctors use to be, i over heard his name in the library a few months prior to me attending Birchwood Medical Centre, the comments certainly support his professionalism behavior, my personal feed back are as follows:
-On Time
-Door left Open prior to entry
-He greets & stands (warm welcome)
-Listens
-Does not attempt to quicken appointment
-Trust is obtained
-Explains in depth issues
-Shares knowledge & alternatives methods
-Gives reassurance
An asset to Birchwood Medical Centre, thus the reason its hard to get on his waiting list... many thanks Mr T Rustom.
