Dr Barras is an Excellent communicator but more importantly, he listens to his patient's comments and replies in a manner that is easy to understand. He has a first class ability to put you at ease and explains your problem, his diagnoses and his advised treatment in a straight forward language.
Both my wife and I have been patients of his, for different reasons, and think he s exceptional as both of our treatments were very successful.
