I was late arriving at King George's due to a minor admin problem with my admissions letter. Doctor Bobby, as he introduced himself, greeted me warmly and said my late arrival was no problem. He quickly took me through the procedure details answering my questions fully.. In theatre he and the theatre staff made me feel very relaxed and invited me to choose background music. This lead to a pleasant chat about music. I was kept fully informed of the progress of the procedure. If I have a cataract op on my other eye I would be delighted for it to be performed by Dr Bobby.
