I have know Mr Visavadia for 10 years now. I was a dental nurse working in out patients/theatres with him. He provided great service to his patients from the beginning, during and after treatment. He is a very knowledgeable and very simple with his explanations to his patients avoiding any jargon that may cause anxiety in patients. He has fantastic clinical skills too that all colleagues from juniors to consultants/surgeon aspire to. He goes above and beyond to provide care and support to his patients. He is very supportive of his team.He empowers and guides you to succeed in your chosen field and becomes your accountable partner until you achieve your full potential. It was my privilege to be part of his team and now I am at a different level of my career due to his support and guidance. Mr Visavadia is a very conscience and hard working consultant/surgeon. I am not sure if there is any constructive suggestions I could give but maybe take more time out for himself as he says yes to everyone and does very long shifts too.
